Thanksgiving #HFL by Mark & Patrick

Dear All,
Hunters Fort Lauderdale has an amazing lineup for the Thanksgiving weekend, starting on Wednesday November 26th, 2014.

Wednesday……

A long time tradition and historically one of busiest nights in the national bar business, Hunters Fort Lauderdale present “Super Wednesday” “Fire Ball 1”. Historically since a lot of college students left the campus for a home holiday with the folks, students would go out the night before and “party it up” before the often long and boring turkey day with the folks. Bars across the nation would benefit with huge crowds. Hunters Chicago started calling it “Super Wednesday” back in 1984. Hunters Fort Lauderdale will have the only large dance floor open on Super Wednesday. Why do we call it The Fire Ball 1 (one)? Because Fireball is $3 all night

Thursday…….
After the long boring visit with the families students and gay visitors alike would flock to the bars. Hunters Fort Lauderdale will have the only large dance party on the Drive again, featuring “college” type drink specials…..$3 fireball shots, $3 Long Island Iced Teas, $3 Jerimiah Weed Teas, and a popular $10 beer bust. Dj AJ Reddy 9pm

Friday……..

Starts off with Furr/ Finally Friday Happy hour till 9:30pm with the ever so popular $2 domestic beer, house wine and well drinks with DJ Sol. The “Revival” Event, benefiting Poverello, featuring notable DJ Robbie Leslie spinning an eclectic mix of music including recent retro circuit music at 9pm to close with $5 Stoli drinks and $7 Stoli martini’s. There will be a lot of special “appearances” by some legendary personalities and lots of surprises. Black Friday will never be the same.

Saturday………

The Softball playoffs are in town and so are the “Jocks”. That’s funny, that is the name of our Saturday night event….”Jocks”. Jock clad go-go’s, $5 Smirnoff drinks and $7 Smirnoff martinis and some special surprises will make your Saturday night a “home run” Guest DJ’s Roke Cabrera and Doug Jackson at 9pm.

Sunday……..
Hung over yet? Build your own Bloody Mary with the most popular Happy Hour bartender in town, Eric at noon till 6. If all that wasn’t enough, The grandest of all Tea Dances will close out the holiday weekend, no description needed. Other than, “An experience like none other! Starts at 6 with low Tea.

Hope everyone has the best holiday weekend ever!

Mark and Patrick
